One thing is for sure, exercise is a great stress reliever. I love that I can run my the stress of the day out of mind or begin my day with a clear mind after a run. I have been doing a few ab routines on runnersworld.com. Try these, but you will not be able to get past the ABC planks. Killer. Six-pack here I come. :)
